TWINNING AND PARTNERSHIP BLOCK GRANT

The total available grant in the Block Grant amounts to 2,8 million CHF (598,3 million HUF). VÁTI Nonprofit Ltd. – in agreement with NDA and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, had modified the Call on 4th April 2011.

Project Preparation Facility

A Project Preparation Facility (PPF) provides financial support in the second loop for the preparation of the Final Project Proposals (e.g. feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, etc.). The eligible cost of the preparation phase can be financed up to 85% from Swiss funds, if the assistance is granted. The amount of co-financing shall be borne by the beneficiary or a third party. The rate of co-financing will be determined on a case-by-case decision, the final decision is included in the Swiss approval letter. Expenses may be considered eligible under the PPF if they were incurred from the date of information on the approval of PPF assistance and the submission deadline of the Final Project Proposal in the 2nd loop.
