Each time you visit the website of the National Development Agency (hereinafter NDA) you provide us with your personal data as well.


We gain access to your personal data through the following two means: on the one hand, by maintaining an Internet connection, our computer system automatically generates technical data in connection with the computer you are using, the browser programme, the Internet address and pages visited, whist on the other hand, you may give us your name, contact details or other data, if you wish to personally contact us when using the website.

We have re-structured our website in compliance with requirements relating to standardisation of the form and content of websites of central public administration bodies. During this process, we endeavoured to limit the handling of your personal data to a degree necessary for using the services provided on the website, in accordance with the scope you have authorised and in full compliance with legislative provisions in effect.

Exclusively Agency employees have access to the data handled when visiting the website, which they use for carrying out tasks, or to a degree necessary for providing the service you use, or responses to potential queries and remarks.

NDA exclusively uses the data provided during the registration procedure for purposes that have been specified; the Agency shall not integrate this data into databases originating from different sources. NDA is by no means authorised to hand over the data received during the registration procedure to third parties.
