Defining frameworks
The debate of the draft regulation defining the frameworks of the cohesion policy following 2007 commenced in the relevant Council Work Team in September 2004.
Naturally, regulation proposals issued by the Commission in July 2004 will considerably change in several regards during the debate; the final version of the texts will be approved following political agreement.
